Bahagia Vera Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position located in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. The salary range for this role is Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and catering services.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle food and beverage service during events, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure all event details are executed smoothly.,Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a bonus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to lift and move equipment and furniture as needed.
