📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.,Assist in managing and maintaining the hotel's online presence, including social media platforms and the company website.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns to attract potential guests.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in managing the hotel's guest relations and feedback processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in managing the hotel's inventory and procurement processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
