In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and KPIs.,Manage inventory levels and order new stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor store finances and prepare regular reports for management.,Ensure the store complies with all company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Experience in fashion retail is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
