📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the company's standards and guidelines.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time and in a clean and hygienic manner.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients.,Assist in training and supervising junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in kitchen management activities, such as meal planning and cost control.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
