📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of reports and analysis on HR metrics.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
