Hokian Elsa Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our dental clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the benefits of in-office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the dental clinic, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission and compliance with tax laws.,Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
