Junior Club Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the padel club, including managing bookings, member check-ins, and court reservations.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth and efficient club operations.
• Monitor and maintain club facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of club events, tournaments, and workshops.
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement club policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Support the club manager in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the sports or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the sports and recreation industry.
