New Crystal Mandiri is seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of construction and maintenance projects.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Assisting in the training and supervision of junior staff.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and bids.
  • Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and financial statements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction and maintenance processes.
  • Good knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to construction and maintenance.
