📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage a team of commis chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Participate in menu planning and development to ensure a variety of high-quality dishes.,Train and develop new commis chefs to ensure the continued success of the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven leadership experience in a team environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.
