Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
