📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting records using SAP and Excel.
• Analyze cost data to identify areas of operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost accounting standards are met across the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support during special projects or audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
