📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
