📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
