📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, delivery, and monitoring of fuel consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Monitor and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with all regulations.,Track and report on vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and other personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
