Hokian Rama Spareparts is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
