📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage and coordinate the activities of the medical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure the availability and maintenance of medical equipment and facilities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the budget and financial planning for the operations department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
