📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance financial controls.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by departments.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing practices.
