📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Monitor cash flow and prepare budget reports.

Participate in inventory and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
