PT Cipta Sumber Group is looking for a dedicated Quality Control professional to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and providing feedback to improve our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.,Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles.,Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Understanding of statistical process control and data analysis.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
