📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and ensure the right candidates are recruited.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful hires and meeting recruitment targets.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
