📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and expectations.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and advice.,Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager on a regular basis.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with all products displayed attractively.,Assist in training and developing new staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,High school diploma or equivalent.
