PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data governance and privacy within our Corporate and Institutional Banking division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance frameworks and a proven track record of delivering successful data governance initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data mapping, and data stewardship programs.,Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.,Monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that data governance practices align with regulatory requirements.,Provide training and guidance to employees on data governance best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data governance, data privacy, or a related field.,Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, or NIST.,Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data risks.
