📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards of care.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Certification as a Senior Nurse or equivalent experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
