📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient consultations and medical treatments.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Maintain and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Public Health).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
