As our Finance & Accounting Operation Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing our general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as well as preparing and analyzing financial statements. With a strong background in accounting and a passion for process improvement, you will help us achieve our financial goals and drive our company's success.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ensure financial compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data for decision making
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
