📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with tax laws.
• Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks to manage financial data and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and tax management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification in accounting or tax, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
