As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's human resources landscape. Your daily tasks will include managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You'll work with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR operations, and collaborate with our HR team to implement and improve our HR policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records using HRIS tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Coordinate with various departments to address HR-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences to network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Proficient in using HRIS tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
