📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of marketing specialists in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage digital marketing strategies using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Develop and maintain our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with training departments to align marketing efforts with educational goals.
• Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing execution.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
