📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Regularly inspect and maintain sports fields to ensure they are in good condition and safe for use.
• Collect and distribute sports equipment, including balls, cones, and other necessary items, to ensure that our facilities are well-stocked and ready for use.
• Organize and store sports equipment to prevent damage and ensure easy access for users.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of sports events and facilities, including setting up goals, lines, and other necessary equipment.
• Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all users.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that our sports facilities are always clean, organized, and welcoming for all users.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sports fields for various events and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to users of our sports facilities, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports facility management industry.
• Strong knowledge of sports equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
