As a Kitchen Assistant at Gapmata Sajian, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You’ll assist the head chef and sous chefs in preparing meals, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the dining team with any additional tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to a vibrant culinary environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef and sous chefs in preparing meals, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support the dining team by prepping food, setting up tables, and assisting with cleanup.
• Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assist with special events or promotions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a halal-certified kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of halal food preparation and certification requirements.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, and food processors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
